Identify the employer, employee category and dispute before choosing a forum. Not every person working for a public-facing organisation falls within the same tribunal jurisdiction.

Law and context

Sections 14 and 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act address jurisdiction and applications in their statutory scope. Constitutional review and labour or contractual remedies raise separate questions. Current notifications and exclusions must be checked for the actual employer and post.
