A useful starting file
- A chronology — dates, events and what supports each entry. Mark estimates clearly.
- Complete papers — agreements, notices, orders and attachments, including reverse pages where relevant.
- Correspondence — complete conversations and original electronic records where available.
- Existing dates — a notice receipt, hearing or other date communicated to you.
- Your questions — what you want clarified and any practical concerns you want to discuss.
